The 2008 Mendelsohn Affluent Omnibus Survey :

Your Opportunity to Explore the Affluent and Luxury Markets

Speaker:
Robert R. Shullman, Executive Vice President, Ipsos Mendelsohn

On Thursday May 15th Ipsos Mendelsohn, one of America’s leading media and marketing research firms, will be showcasing a valuable business service for members of The Luxury Marketing Council looking for greater insight into the affluent consumer and the luxury markets. Over the 30-year history of The Mendelsohn Affluent Survey, Mendelsohn has received numerous requests from subscribers who have wanted to obtain additional and more tailored information about the affluent and luxury marketplaces. Given last year’s enthusiastic repose to their presentation, Council members will once again be offered the opportunity to contribute their own customized questions to Mendelsohn's Affluent Omnibus Survey and also garner key insights from some of the most discerning highlights from this ongoing syndicated marketing survey.

The 2008 Mendelsohn Affluent Omnibus Survey will allow companies like yours to:

  • Add custom questions to the enhanced, 2008 Mendelsohn Affluent Survey that are very specific to your own brands or categories of interest to you
  • Probe marketplace and media related issues in the ever-changing media landscape
  • Obtain affluent and luxury marketplace reactions to potential new products or services that you may be considering or planning to launch

For over 30 years Mendelsohn, in its Mendelsohn Affluent Survey (an annual large-scale syndicated survey of over 13,000 affluent and high net worth consumers), has been studying the affluent and luxury markets. Mendelsohn supplies a large number of top advertisers, media companies, and advertising agencies with results that prove critical for strategy development, marketing, as well as advertising decision-making.

The Mendelsohn Affluent Omnibus Survey will be going into the field later this summer so time is of the essence. If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity and seeing examples of the types of questions that marketers are asking , then come join us for breakfast at 8am on Thursday, May 15th.

For Your Consideration Breakfast

This “For Your Consideration” format gives members, and outside purveyors of luxury, the opportunity to share a unique perspective with interested members and friends. For Your Consideration presentations highlight "out of the box" innovative products, services, or opportunities with a compelling marketing, business, or promotional premise which will be of interest to members and friends on a self-selecting basis. These breakfasts have more of a sales focus than our general Council events, but with no obligation to those attending.
